My Financial Advisor Recommended Larry My financial advisor recommended I contact Larry about reverse mortgage options. I live in a condominium so there were some extra hurdles Larry had to go through to get the association approved. He always stayed in touch with me and answered all my questions. I don’t know what I would have done without Larry and the Reverse Mortgage.

Retirement Income Planning Larry has been talking to us over the years about the benefits of a reverse mortgage in retirement income planning. It took us a while to feel comfortable with the idea, but once we understood the concept of growth in available funds over the years we decided to move ahead. It just gives our financial advisor more flexibility in the distribution phase of our retirement plan. We are very happy with the reverse mortgage and how Larry stuck in there with us.

Fast and Painless Process I still can’t believe how fast and painless the process was. During the reverse mortgage process Larry was easy to work with. He patiently responded to every question I asked him, day or night. Larry is very knowledgeable of the process and made it easy for us to understand. We always felt comfortable during the process and he made us feel like we were his only client. From initiation to closing we were completed in six weeks.
