We Loved the Personal Touch We had talked to other reverse mortgage companies, but it was always over the phone. We liked the fact that Reverse Mortgage Funding had someone come to our house. We loved the personal touch. Our loan specialist Larry McAnarney did an outstanding job explaining the reverse mortgage process. He was just wonderful to work with. He kept us up to date with how the process was going with email and phone calls. We highly recommend him and RMF to anyone thinking about a reverse mortgage.

Personal comfort and re-assurance My representative was Larry McAnarny, who was very concerned that I understood everything necessary to apply for a reverse mortgage. He was there for me the whole step of the way to advise me or help me make a decision. Larry gave me the good and bad specifics and I had to make all the decisions. Regardless of how unimportant I thought my questions were, or how often I contacted,Larry, he assured me that they were valid, and gave me his time to clarify and answer my questions. Larry Always Made Himself Available Larry McAnarney, our loan specialist, helped us navigate the loan process with his guidance and expertise. He provided options and explanations along the way, always with my mom’s best interest in mind. He personally presented our case to the Homeowner’s Association and acted as our liaison with them.
