Highly recommend Larry as prior to finding him I did look at other company's and most were local numbers but then finding out they were based out of state and did not know our market like Larry does. Clone Larry! When we met Larry McAnarney, it did not take long to feel comfortable. There was no high pressure feeling; he answered our questions and put us at ease. Larry was great! Our Hud counselor, and the gentleman who did our closing were very good, too. Only one problem.....we should have done it sooner. Larry gets SIX stars. Bernice and Dave

Very Happy Realtor As the buyers and sellers agent I can tell you that Larry was very responsive and answered all our questions on the reverse mortgage purchase transaction. He was able to get this loan closed after several other conventional lenders had turned down the buyer’s loan.
