Larry McAnarney is the reason we chose to proceed with a reverse mortgage. I had spoken to several individuals with other companies, always feeling after lengthy conversations we were being pressured. After Larry took the time and patience to explain the entire process and had the professional ability to access our financial situation, we knew we could trust and rely on his assistance. Our understanding of the process prior to Larry, was uninformed. We were not pressured in any way and truly feel had a reverse mortgage not been a benefit to us, Larry would have advised us to not pursue a reverse mortgage, even if it meant loosing a client. Larry is a kind, caring and ( very very patient) man. Thank you Larry!

Larry is Very Attentive at Answering Questions Larry is very knowledgeable of reverse mortgage products and very attentive at answering whatever questions you have and responds at late hours of the day and on weekends. He will also run reports for whatever scenario you want to see regarding any aspect of the process and effectively reviewing these reports and explaining them to you.

Professional, Patient, Helpful, and Knowledgeable We couldn't have asked for a more professional, patient, helpful and knowledgeable person like Larry McAnarney. I had the privilege of working with Larry, to help a dear friend with her reverse mortgage. Larry was thorough with the whole process, never pushy and always available when we reached out with questions or needed any kind of assistance. He followed up with us on every procedure and was always very considerate about the need at hand. The "mortgage world" needs more people like Larry McAnarney... then things wouldn't be as complicated or as difficult as we perceive them to be. Larry Organized Everything After we decided to do a reverse mortgage and some long searching, we found Larry McAnarney. We called Larry and he responded quickly and came to our house, answered all questions we had, that was it, Larry took over from there organizing everything. For us it took a very short time from 1st visit to closing. If you are looking to do a Reverse Mortgage, call Larry McAnarney first.
