I have always considered myself very comfortable financially. That is until a number of uncontrollable events occurred and most of my remaining retirement assets were in bricks. Fortunately, I met Larry a few years ago and remembered hearing about his experience and knowledge in investments, real estate and the markets in general. Having recently lost my husband I did not want to involve family in personal financial discussions, I called Larry. Larry's patience and experience in clearly explaining my options made him very easy to work with. I never felt rushed to make a decision, even after I was approved and then backed away to look at another lender. He didn't "pester" me. He left me alone to think. I came back because I knew he was looking out for my best interest. I spent my career in sales & marketing and am very familiar with selling a high-end product. Larry is one of the best. He kept the needs of his customer his primary objective. Thanks to Larry I am on my feet again.

Easy Process and Friendly Service Larry was great to work with. He guided me through the process and was very specific about the information I needed to provide so that I was prepared each time we met. He came to my home for all of our meetings and that was very convenient for me. Larry was aware that I needed to get my loan closed as soon as possible and he made sure the underwriters were aware of that. When it was time for me to close, I asked Larry to be there since I trusted him and wanted his support. He was there as promised. Closing was easy and straighforward and everything went the way I expected. I am very pleased with Larry and would recommend them highly.

Professional, Patient, Helpful, and Knowledgeable We couldn't have asked for a more professional, patient, helpful and knowledgeable person like Larry McAnarney. I had the privilege of working with Larry, to help a dear friend with her reverse mortgage. Larry was thorough with the whole process, never pushy and always available when we reached out with questions or needed any kind of assistance. He followed up with us on every procedure and was always very considerate about the need at hand. The "mortgage world" needs more people like Larry McAnarney... then things wouldn't be as complicated or as difficult as we perceive them to be. Larry was Very Helpful Larry McAnarney was very helpful in getting my reverse mortgage. It was a new experience for me and he never refused a call or a question and guided me where I needed to be. Very informative, friendly. I did not feel like I was being talked to as a child but more of a friend. I will recommend him to anyone who should ask.
