This is my 3rd reverse mortgage due to real estate values increasing in the area. The entire process was done via phone and email...mostly email. Larry McAnarney was very easy to work with, very professional, very responsive with answers to questions re: the program and/or documents. His answers were short, precise, and clear. The remote process of this reverse mortgage was every bit as easy as the previous loans that were done face to face. I am not sure how the process could have been any easier or smoother. Thank You!! Retirement Income Planning Larry has been talking to us over the years about the benefits of a reverse mortgage in retirement income planning. It took us a while to feel comfortable with the idea, but once we understood the concept of growth in available funds over the years we decided to move ahead. It just gives our financial advisor more flexibility in the distribution phase of our retirement plan. We are very happy with the reverse mortgage and how Larry stuck in there with us.

Larry Explained Everything Larry did a great job of explaining and guiding us through a reverse mortgage. Much more complicated than we had thought. You need a lot of help and Larry was there to provide it.
